well , i did the relay harness to the battery way ....... and it works great !
Thank you all who put there advices in . its a little scattered but i don't mind . Sure as hell beats the stock yellowish color lights .

Our trucks dont use a canbus system - it uses a smart switch system. The OBD port doesnt have anything to do with how the headlights function.

I'm glad the harness method worked for you! I think the smart switch sensed the high demand and stopped the truck from cooking a wire to fire the ballasts.

Anyway, glad you got it working!

Has anybody successfully used a led kit for the 2015's halogen housings? Wanna upgrade but want to try and stay away from HID this go around.
