The bump stops begin resting/seating on the axel stops at around 300lbs. They completely remove all proposing, without them I was like a seesaw when hooked up. These are a great option over airbags if you're towing with a distribution hitch, since the hitch affords you an opportunity to move weight from the rear axle to the front axle.

Everyday driving I can't tell any difference, vs airbags were you seem to compromise the ride slightly. I was very reluctant to purchase them after reading lots of negative reviews from owners of Ram trucks, however highly recommend them, and the install time is around 10 minutes per bump stop.

Interesting. I'm still working on getting my WDH just right but I've got to have it on the 4th link just to get it level which isn't right.

I just re-evaluated my swaybar. Here's what I found.

1. The directions clearly specify the bar with the driver side U bolt OUTBOARD and the passenger side INBOARD.
2. I disconnected the passenger side U bolt and attempted to install it outboard. No go. There's no way it's going on and being straight . . . on my vehicle anyway. Certainly, that's where I'd WANT it to be though.

BS be sure the take measurements of your front fender height before and after your hooked up. After several tweaks I was able to dial my front fender back to exactly where it was prior to being unhooked. My trailer tongue weight with battery & propane is around 900 to 1,000lbs and my load weight is 7500 to 7600lbs depending how much beer is packed! UVW is 6,445lbs

I think last time I hooked it up and took all the measurements (I'm using a Reese Dual Cam) the end result was that I needed a new/longer shank for the WDH head. But as the one I have is pretty long already and has dragged a few times, and that they are >$150 I've been trying to tweak what I have. One of these weekends I'll pull it back out and find a flat parking lot to measure again. The good news is that I was able to get it pretty close one the 4th link so I know that it *can* be balanced. I think my GVWR is 6600 so it's a lot lighter than yours, but it's pretty low to the ground so I think that's what is going on.

But to get back to the point of this thread I'm still convinced that the Hellwig plus a level made the truck drive MUCH better.

A big thumbs up for the Hellwig sway bar.
Installed in the middle setting the shimmy shakes have been reduced, wallowing on uneven pavement is pretty well gone, tracks straighter and cornering is much tighter. I really like the overall tighter feel the truck has now.

Thinking of doing the Fox 2.0's now. Anyone have those mounted on the rear with the Hellwig?

Decided to get rid of the sway bar I bought, I have ladder bars in back and they act as a sort of a body anti roll and I don't think the bar would improve any for me as it already feels like it's on rails. Brand new never installed, $200 local pick up only, the thing is too heavy and awkward to ship.

Greater New Orleans area, link to pics and ad. https://www.f150forum.com/f59/helwig...8/#post4726981
.

OOPS! didn't realize I was in the 2015 section, this bar was for my 2013 so I don't know if it would fit newer than 2014.

Well it only took 9 months since I bought one to finally get it installed...I must say it feels completely different (in a good way) when driving around...

What setting did you put it on?

Is it just me, or is the driver's side U-bolt angled?

It's the picture that makes the U-bolt look angled. As for the setting, I put it on the stiffest one, it definitely eliminates the hop feeling and makes it feel solid when turning and going over bumpy roads.
Here are a couple of other pictures of it, sorry for the poor/dark quality.
