Post-Work Bump... Anyone have thoughts on the 2015 White SCab? Or suggestions for what an appropriate price should be? The dealer quoted me $28,322 out the door today (taxes, fees, etc included)

Silver XLT. The 2015 will be two model years old in two months.

I say buy what you really want. But if it were me, I'd choose the XLT.

Like before, go to KBB.com and run the numbers. Run with 15k miles to make it equal to the others I ran earlier. I'll bet the value will be several thousand lower than the 16s.

If you do buy the 15, make sure the dealer runs all the TSBs on the vehicle. There were a good number of them.

And buy the one you want to drive for years.

I had a similar color dilemma, with the other factors pretty much reversed.

Last year I fell in love with a Ruby Red XLT, but the price was just outside my comfort area. I then found a silver XL that was way below what I thought I'd spend. I was never a fan of silver vehicles, but the pricing made it too good to pass up.

Almost a year later, and I love my silver truck. The color will grow on you.

Total side note, but I hate when dealers do add-ons to their vehicles... I can accept window tint or VIN etching, but I visited a dealer today who adds spray-in liner ($500) and a Security/GPS tracking system ($1100) to every truck on their lot... seriously?! He told me every truck has it... how ridiculous.

Surprised ourselves and ended up with this 16' Blue Flame RCSB XL. Absolutely love it, and it was a great deal! We saved about $1,800 compared to the best deal we could find locally, and the salesman actually drove it over 150 miles to deliver it to us.
