Just picked up a 15 xlt with the sport package and "5 bar" front black grill, I am not a huge fan of it and wanna swap it for the black lariat 3 bar front grill. Any thoughts on where I can get one? I was gonna ask the dealer but I imagine theirs will be pricey.

This site has all the OEM Ford grills for reasonable prices :-)

I'm in the same boat and want a lariat 3-bar grill but won't be ordering one for awhile. If you go ahead and order one, let us know how it worked out!

You can get one from Tasca too. Get the part number of the one you want and shop around. I found cheaper grills online but i shopped around and found the closest one to my house and shipping was cheaper that way.

thanks man! thats the exact one i want! i assume the ford emblem just pops off and transfers over? hopefully will order that soon. i assume since its black it probably doesnt need any paint either?

Not entirely sure on if it needs paint or not - that was asked in another 'grill' post and no one had a clear answer. If you wind up ordering the 3-bar, let us know about the paint status and if the emblem pops in and out! I'll likely be following suit down the road. Also, if you're going to be changing the emblem over, now would be the time to paint it if you ever wanted to. Search 'painting Ford emblem' on here, and there's a long post of guys who have gotten really cool results!

just ordered that grille ( the 3 bar one ) off qurick parts last week. waiting for it to get here. Just painted my Mirrors last week also, i have a xlt like u

I did a grille swap on mine, sold my lariat sport grille on ebay. The Ford emblem is held on by 3 "cutting nuts", they go onto plastic pegs kinda cutting their way into the plastic. But yes it transfers over to your new grille. The grille is actually a really dark gray not black.

My wife's cousin owns a body shop and is ordering the grill. He said if it needs paint he will put some matte black on it. He is also going to paint my mirror caps for me. I will post pics when I do it. Hopefully in December.

When I first started looking at getting a 2015 I saw this grill (or something similar) on a custom outfitted truck. The one I saw had custom LED lighting inside the mesh grille areas on the side.
