Default Going to look at a truck tomorrow

Well, the time has come when I finally convinced the wife to go truck shopping. I have been searching for months and even test drove one a few months ago. I loved it and have been hooked on getting one ever since. Looking at a black 2015 xlt sport 4x4 with 20in wheels and 302A package. It has 3.55 gears and black sport cloth. Looks like a pretty good deal but I will of course try and deal for more off. Question. I am able to get the X plan and was wondering if I could use the X plan with the ford rebates? They have 0% for 72 months that we are gonna take a look at as well. Hopefully tomorrow I will be posting pics!!! We will see...

You can use x plan with rebates or 0%, not both.

I would think that you could expect at least a total of $12000 in discounts/rebates, maybe more right now with new models coming out.

Not 12k, no way. Maybe close to 10 on a platinum or lariat. On an well optioned XLT more like 8.

Good luck with your purchase. What engine are you going with?

Usually the best deal is the one where both people walk away feeling like they got screwed.

After everything was said and done my final finance price before trade and money down was a little over $8k off the Ford window sticker. That's with rebates since I bought before 0% was offered. If you get your dealer below invoice before rebates then you'll do better than X plan. Depends on how much work you want to put in negotiating and if you're willing to walk.

MSRP sticker price on my '15 2WD CC XLT was $46,315, I paid $34,559. I think the dealer invoice price was $39,309.

You can use rebates with xplan. The rebates will be much better than the 0% financing most likely. In my area, rebates are $4750 without 2.7 and $5050 with. That's including the $750 from financing with Ford. My truck will be here next mont . My deal is dealer invoice - holdback - $5050 in rebates (or more if they xhange in October) - $750 private cash coupon. There should be no issue getting at least dealer invoice minus rebates.

That's a great price if it's true. Link to dealer?
