Your post is confusing. What are you asking?

I'm asking if it's a HD rear end or a normal rear end? Also what gears can I put into it? Can I fit 4.10?

That is the 8.8 hd , there is no such thing as a normal 8.8 in these pickups , either the 8.8 hd or the big 9.75, no you can't put 4.10s in there.

Picked up the truck today. Here's the results:

City Driving - performance (stop light to stop light) is night & day different. Much less throttle position required to start & keep the vehicle moving in traffic
Highway driving at 70 mph - engine RPM have increased from 1500 to 1800 RPM
Hills - well we don't really have any of those in Florida, but it no longer constantly downshifts from 6th to 5th when climbing an overpass
Gas Mileage - unchanged. Still 17.6 MPG (combination of City & Highway driving)

Interesting Note - reflashing the PCM was NOT required. No CELs, ABS or Traction Control lights - nothing. Just had to recalibrate the speedometer with my Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator.

I was originally quoted $2,400 to regear the axles from 3.31 to 3.73. Much to my surprise the dealer charged me less - $1,601.82 labor + $684.04 parts = $2,285.86.

3.73 are the way to go. Mine spins my 33" tires until it hits 3rd gear in sports mode

mine with 3.73s laid rubber for 50 ft with 35s from a dead stop tc off/advance trac off , now 37s not so much Lol. That will change though shortly

Sounds great,. I bet you really love that combo! Good to hear it made such a drastic difference and no mpg hit. This will help others

Can I ask why you had to re-calibrate the speedometer? I understand the reasons regarding tire size change; but not gear swap. Thanks
