Default Front Center Seat Won't go up?

I went to raise the front center console to make it a seat today and it won't go. Pressing the button and pulling and it just catches a few inches up, as if the seat belt is stuck. Is there anything I should try?

Found some info on youtube, you have to take it back to the dealer for repair, its a seat belt mechanism problem. Ill be calling mine on Monday. Did you by chance have an issue with the glove box not shutting correctly also?

Interesting. Actually I did notice that the glove box doesn't quite close perfectly. It closes, but hangs open slightly. I'll definitely be calling the dealer on Monday.

Do you have a link to the Youtube info?

Took my truck in today and it needs a new seat belt for the jump seat. Unfortunately, the part is back ordered (in Canada at least) and won't be delivered to the dealer for at least 2 weeks.

After watching the video, I forgot how ugly the center seat console looked with the headrest in place.
