Thats pretty normal out of the box… i mean what do you expect? Its a pretty hard plastic thats been boxed up for who knows how long.
Throw them in your garage with some weight on the corners for a few hours and they'll be fine. Helps if its warm too.

What I expect is to have the liner fit after 5 days of minipulating the plastic to fit. Weathertech gave me many suggestions which I tried to no avail, returned it after a week.

My weathertechs look pretty much like the previous photos. I think it has mostly to do with the folks boxing these up. My drivers side fits very well, but the passenger side was bent over in the box and fit like crap so I am returning it. Same way with the rear set. I understand that the one piece rear must be folded but they had corners buckled. You would think for the money a company like weathertech spends on getting these to fit, they would get the shipping part fixed. Quite frankly I am returning the rear because while I think it would be a tad better than the factory I am not willing to deal with a crappy fit.

I got the Husky Weatherbeaters.
They are great.
Ordered the truck with the rubber mats.
Now I have those and the carpet mats sitting in my garage.
I imagine I can try and sell both. Might be tough since they are probably only good in another 2015.
Any ideas since they arent worth anything sitting in my garage.

Too funny...I ordered the rubber mats too. Now I also have rubber mats and carpet mats/ I gave my rubber mats back to my sales rep and told her to give them one of her customers that might need/use them. Not sure what I'm going to do with the carpet...maybe Salvation Army in a couple of months.

I'm not so sure I agree with the "how their packed" thoughts on those mats. From working in a tire plant where rubber is cured as the main event that happens-once cured it is that shape forever. Molded rubber does not have a shape memory or tires would be not so round as they deflect millions of times in their lifetime. I can accept that when these come out of the mold the shape might be affected by the immediate handling as they come out as these are some sort of plastic/synthetic rubber blended material not the same as a tire. Might just be that acceptable control over the edges is difficult on a thin sheet of that molded material and some good, some not so much for results? Molding a blocky shape is bound to be easier to control than a mat is my point. The Ford flatter mats would also be easier to mold w/o imperfections.

I have an extra set of Husky X-Act Contour liners. See my post on Page 29. Husky sent me a replacement set and didn't want the others back. The old set is not a perfect fit, but pretty close. The passenger side is better then the driver's side. Husky said you can can manipulate the floor posts a bit, which may help with the fit on that side. The posts move more than you might think. Anyway, I will give them away for just the cost of shipping them out. Send PM if interested. First come, first serve.

Default Husky Weather Beater Rear S-CREW

Here is the Husky weatherbeaters for the rear installed with the rear seats up.. in case anyone was looking for a pic.

I like them full coverage, way better than factory all weather mats.

I received my Husky mats 3 days ago. Weatherbeater in the back, X-act in the front. The Weatherbeater is stiffer than the X-acts but has full coverage as shown in DeltaBravo's pic. The X-acts are a lot softer. All have a great fit, look good, and are extremely functional!
