First wash and hard shell wax. Again.....
Full wash and hand wax with Meguiar's.
This color really pops cleaned and shined up. Absolutely loving it.

True and false. Wax is really all a new car needs to bring out the shine. A good glaze first then a wax to protect is best on a new vehicle. A polish has abrasives and should not be necessary on a new vehicle. Polish works to repair the clear coat surface. Most/all consumer "wax" products sold contain ingredients that help to bring out the shine and protect the paint surface. Bottom line is that wax will absolutely make your new f150 shine!!

Honestly, what's your point? Are you trying to say we are all stupid and you know everything about maintaining a paints surface?
I am 45 years old and at one time owned my own detailing business but got out because it got too big with my day job and had to sell. I used natural and synthetic products and if you think there aren't wax products TODAY that not only protect but provide reflective qualities you are misinformed. They also provide hydrophobic qualities as well.
Let's show those beautiful washed, polished, waxed, sealed, buffed or whatever you call it trucks !

Ok. Well I guess you need to tell the OP that after his wax job, the shine he thinks he sees in not a shine at all. It is only a protection. The shine is just his eyes playing tricks on him. You are probably one of those Porter Cable, Zaino layering every Saturday, detail ***** who thinks you have to use a 12 steep process to obtain a shine. All I'm saying is that for the average Joe, a good store bought wax will make his NEW vehicle look great. If you don't want to call it shinny than ok.
