Good... It's sad I have owned alot of cars and trucks and never ever had to think about Lemon Laws until now. I am not having the electronic issues that alot are having on here but only time will tell.

Florida is a little different...

3 times and 15 days

I could almost get them on the AC Seats if I wanted.

Neither have I! BTW, this is my first time buying a domestic car to be a daily driver. Definitely not the experience I was hoping to have and that's coming from someone who has driven nothing but German with zero visits to the shop (not counting regular maintenance).

The only difference between my issue and others I've read on this forum are the miles. I have a lil under 9K miles whereas the others started experiencing the same problems at 1200 miles or less.

Sorry to hear that. I have owned a 2005 F150 and a 2014 F150... Never had one issue with either of them. Until now (2015)

The 2015 has alot of bells and whistles but not sure if I am buying on it yet.

I said it before we were going to trade the Honda for an Edge... Not even thinking about it now. Ford is not on the buying list for the wife at all now.

Hopefully my dealer will fix the few little issues with the truck and Ford will get an AC seat fix soon... I like the truck and don't want to have to worry about it. I think they pushed some of these trucks out to fast and left alot of bugs in them. Make me look down on Ford right now.

I didn't say demand anything, I just thought that's what was going to happen, wish they had fixed it for you!

If Ford knows the reasons these trucks keep having electrical communication problems affecting truck operating and safety systems, they must be keeping it to themselves.

Oil leaks are so much easier to locate and fix, than those gremlins!

You don't need to wait for the lemon threshold, but it's your time, your dime

You already have the playbook, let us know how it goes and hopefully they don't return it to you "fixed" again and it shuts down on you while driving

That pretty much says it all!

Not a comfortable situation for owners!

Default First Electrical Gremlin

So yesterday I received a surprise call from the service department saying my truck was ready! After picking up the truck all was good until today when the safety system error messages reappeared! What's weird is that while driving the truck back to the service department the AC went from full blast (like I had it) to completely off. I turned it back on and it remained on for the duration of the drive.

Ugh my truck is back in service for the 3rd time.

Here's the service write up from the second visit.

I sent a certified letter to Ford notifying them that my vehicle is in the shop for the 3rd time in less than two weeks. As a result, I will be exercising my rights under the lemon law. Will keep you posted on their response.

Default In service for the 3rd time in less than two weeks - UPDATE

I dropped truck off on Friday for the 3rd attempt to resolve what appears to be a computer/electrical glitch. Yesterday the service department called to say my truck has been reassigned to another tech. He went on to say the tech who worked on the truck the first two times is paid for one hour per vehicle regardless of how many hours is actually worked. However, the new tech is paid hourly.....does anybody know what this means and how it benefits me???

Oh yeah, he also said the new tech cannot touch my truck until Thursday.
