Default Finally pulled the trigger

Had an '04 (see below 140k in pic) and traded it, dumbest thing I ever did. Been trying to get back in it ever since and finally did. Lots of mods to come.

White was a close second. It looks so clean, when clean.

@joeincharlotte

On your older truck, were the fender flares OEM or were they aftermarket ?

I like to low profile styling they have. I think the black matte looking style goes well with the black truck.

I wonder is they are available for the 2015/2016 generation...

All OEM. Didn't do much to that truck's exterior. Had some inside mods, but not much.

They were gray plastic and would lighten up but you could darken them. Seem to be them same type of plastic my new mirrors are made of. You're right, look slick and less paint to chip.

Yes exactly! On my 2016, black, I have the big towing mirrors, and the front bumper plastic, rear bumper and around the bed are all the same dark-gray-black plastic...

I think I'll look into trying to find similar looking fender flare. I think it will look very good.

Thank you for posting you're previous vehicle also. You just given my another "small" mod to do... (I just hope that these won't cost and arm and a leg...)

:-)
