I ordered my Eco plat with extended range tank on 1/5 and get it later this week. I think your delays are due to dealer allocation issues.

I ordered on 1/19 with an extended range tank and it was delivered to the dealer this past Monday, 3/2.

Ordered mine with extended tank 1/26 with expected deliver 3/22. Got the email with VIN a few days ago.

Yep. I debated it but it is definitely nice. I fill up every 2 weeks now instead of every week, saving me a bit of time. And on weekend ski trips I would fill up when we got there and another time about a hour from home. Can now go the entire weekend w/o stopping for gas once. Awesome.

I personally drive about 190 miles every single weekday, and some change on the weekends. It's REALLY nice for me. Otherwise, all my spare time is standing at the gas pump

No idea why the hold up on mine for the tank but that is what I'm told. I just checked Cotus again and it is still listed as "In Order Processing"

Ordered a Lariat SCAB 3.5 Eco FX4 502A 6.5 ft bed with extended range tank on 1/14/15, order processing completed 3/6/15, production completed 3/15/15. Currently awaiting transportation. I don't believe I had any delays due to the larger gas tank. Hopefully I'll get my first Ford Truck soon!
