So I have a 2016 screw on order
The deal with the dealer was/is dealer invoice pricing for the truck, any add-ons at time of purchase "cost+$1"

I drive about 35,000 miles per year. My 2011 screw is staring to cost $ in repairs.

I plan to get a extended warranty; theoretically, my initial warranty could be up in first 1+ years...

So the question is, what's "cost" on an extended warranty, since I'm offered "cost + $1?"

any info greatly appreciated!

I would suggest in the absence of getting cost you get online quotes from Zeigler, etc. and know it should be lower.

Many ways to structure it. As compared to online dealers, you dramatically overpaid. Get an online quote and cancel yours.

The 8yr/75k dealer cost is approximately $1300-1350ish for '15 F150 4x4. Being a former business manager, the business manager put the price book in front of me & said "pick what you want...just let me make a couple bucks on you".

I was quoted 1095 for a 5 year 75K mile warranty.... good deal or no? Retail is 1800 i'm told (and quoted that from other DFW dealers)

I am also going to be looking at getting a truck this week hopefully. I was quoted 1591 for a 5 yr 100k for the premium care.

So if I am understanding this correctly it appears that I can get the exact same thing from anothe Ford dealer? If so can I go to any ford dealer?

I average about 20k a year
