And yes the do stop better, waaay better! These things have saved my life and a little old lady that pulled out in front of me. She would have been t-boned if it weren't for these pads on my 2011 F150! My truck is 3 days old this is the 2nd thing I'm buying for it. 1st was weather tech mats

Break dust not a problem for me. I wash my truck once a week. Wheels stay clean.

Mine gets it every few weeks so far due to all the rain we've had, no problem with dust here. I'm coming from a bmw where my wheels were dirty as soon as I drove after a wash, perhaps I went from one extreme to another.

Haven't noticed any brake dust from the stock pads.

The stock pads stop great.

Ceramic dust free pads definitely do not perform better than semi-metallic pads.
