Drivetrain Shudder/Vibration on take off
I have this issue while taking off from a stop. Feel a wobble in the cab. Does it empty, worse with weight in the bed, & terrible while towing. Ford is telling me this is normal saying its a "characteristic of the truck". I disagree especially after dropping almost $60K on this thing. I took these videos yesterday. What are your thoughts?
5.0, 3.73, 157''WB, crew cab, 4x4, 6.5ft box, 3300 miles, completely stock

Rear end-drivetrain Shudder
I had a 2012 F150 CC 5.0 3.73 157"WB truck and had same issue. At times I thought I had SQUARE rear wheels! It scared the hell out of my wife once, backed up at a car wash and then promptly drove forward. Felt alarming!
Found it happens loaded or unloaded didn't matter to truck. Only help was to accelerate very slowly from a full stop. Ford just says it's a characteristic. It is because they have never addressed and fixed the issue with the two piece drive shaft on the 6-1/2' bed trucks.
Enjoy your new ride, and after awhile you will get use to square rear wheels, LOL.

i had this same issue on my truck(2013, 5.0L, 3.73, Screw, Short bed). when im backing up and go to drive and accelerate right away i felt a strong shuddering. hasn't happened when accelerating from a stop only if i switched to drive after reversing.
so this is pretty much normal? im taking it in for them to look at a long list of things i think are weird on my truck so ill just add this to that list.

Warm it up
I've noticed this too if I start truck back up and go forward up a minor grade. Torque maybe but if I warm up truck for like 1 to 2 minutes this doesn't happen. No shutter no jumping. First time it happened I thought truck was gonna be dead

Very nice camera setup! Really helps to see the problem. I have a long bed like you, super crew, 4x4, 5.0 but I have the 3.31 gears. I have felt no vibrations yet but only have 750 miles on my truck.
I cannot imaging the transfer case should be moving that much - it's scary to see!!!

Haven't noticed any vibrations either, similar to your truck, with over 10k.

My 13 6.5crew eb did this worse up hill or loaded. So far no problems with the 15. Thought they fixed it...guess not.

Any update on this issue? I thought i read somewhere people are using Raptor crossmember bushings with good result . I'm experiencing the same thing but only on hard take off. Vibrates something fierce in 1st gear.

Thought I was crazy! Guess not! Feel that clunk mostly when taking off medium to hard from a dead stop or after reversing. Especially more noticeable while accelerating hard while turning onto a street. Any resolutions? Ugh...
