can't wait. Enjoy the trip. We just did 1,970 miles through 7 states - circled Lake Michigan. The truck made it a fun trip. Averaged 21.8

I use a load lock. I have a drop -in liner, a tonneau cover and a SwingCase so it works really well.

So I came up with this 2 piece design that is more user friendly. Top piece is a 2x4 cut to fit between the wood beam sockets. The contour cuts make it easier to remove it from under the tonneau rails. The bottom is a piece of 3/8" plywood 62"x13" (free scrap from Lowe's). Pieces are held together with 4 barrel bolts I had laying around the garage. It's easy for me or the wife to remove the bottom piece when the full length on the bed is needed. Once the bottom piece is removed it's much easier to remove the 2x4 if need be.

I plan to replace the barrel bolts with take apart hinges Amazon.com: Reliable Hardware Company RH-1225-2-A Zinc Take-Apart/Lift Off Hinge - Set of 2: Musical Instruments
to make it easier to separate the pieces. I also plan to put some type of straps on it so the bottom piece can be rotated to horizontal and stowed in that position.

does the e track board holder come with those pins?

Default Easy, cheap bed divider

I built the whole thing out of a reused 8 foot 2x6 (and two etrack lumber brackets).

One issue that I didn't realize until I was making it, was that one of the lower ridges lines up almost directly under the box link. It's hard to see from this pic, but the bottom rail is about 3/4" thinner than the top one to offset it enough.

Thought about painting it, or throwing some deck stain on it, but I might not even bother. It will dry quick...
