Default Dearborn or Kansas City?

I ordered a 2015 XLT Supercab 2wd a week ago. As of today, there isn't a VIN for the truck yet. I live in Central Ohio and am only a short 2 hr drive from Dearborn/Rouge Truck Plant. As part of the Henry Ford Museum, you can tour the Rouge, which includes walking yourself around a catwalk watching trucks being built from all different stages of the build process. I'd love to be able to run up there the day I know my truck is being built.

So here is my question... If you own a Supercab, fill me in on which plant your truck came from (Dearborn or Kansas City). I know it is purely speculation, but I'd like to get an idea/percentage of Supercab's being built in Dearborn.

My supercab 2.7l XLT 4x4 was also built in Dearborn. This is based on the downloaded window sticker as I don't have the truck yet.

I've toured the Corvette factory in KY. Cool experience and I met a guy who paid extra when he ordered his ZR1 to follow it down the assembly line.

No plant is better than the other, you get a good quality built truck from both plants. Both plants build the same trucks with a few exceptions, King Ranch is built at KC, Platinums, Limiteds & soon Raptors are/will be built at Dearborn. That being said Dearborn does build more high end trucks than KC

Is it possible to buy a truck and pick it up straight from the factory?
