Custom retail orders not arriving till February 15
Just found this article about delivery dates of stock vs retail orders.

This is pretty much known, that they build trucks to supply the lots first, then they start customer orders. So if fleet builds aren't arriving until late november, early december, then it makes sense that customer orders wouldn't be until early 2015.
