Cooling Seats issue and TSB feedback

Wow I took the weekend off and look at all the feedback. Sounds like the V3 intake went well. Sorry I didn't do any instructions for the guys that installed them. I guess that means it is easy enough to install that they were not needed.
As for the routing... I think the trick is get it out of the seat as short of a route as possible. I used a small slit in the fabric where the wires go through in the past.
Still on track for the November release. I have a bunch of guys that have emailed in via the website. I will probably start filling those orders sometime in the next week.

As usual the only hard part is opening and closing the seatback. Your videos cover this good enough to get the seats open safely.
Heading to cottage today with wife.. so the heat will be on in the truck to keep her happy and I'll have my seat cooler on to keep me happy and do a three hour test.. Did a sit in the truck test yesterday and for the first time my back was cooler than my butt!
My advise is go into full production mode as this is a must have!
You might want to add another inch to the tube for those that don't heat and stretch it enough..
The V2 exhaust is a great improvement over the V1.. I'm sure glad you took this project on!! Thank you!

So I'm sure this has already been addressed somewhere in the 460 pages preceding my comment, but I have a 2016 F-150 Lariat with the heated/cooled seats, and the seatback on the passenger side does not seem to be cooling at all, with very minimal cooling on the driver side. Does anybody have REAL, appreciable cooling on their seat backs? Or is it just kind of a "meh" experience?
I have only owned my truck for 8 days, and am taking it into the dealer on Friday to investigate, but wanted to arm myself with knowledge. Has anybody brought their truck to the dealer and had them fix something that didn't just end up being the TSB I've heard of? I'm thinking there just may be some incomplete/missing ductwork or major leaks.
Also, SeatGuru, if you are reading this: very cool to see a fellow engineer take this problem by the horns and produce their own fix for the masses. You are a hero and an inspiration!

Finally found some time to install the V3 intake parts from SeatGuru. Install went quick and easy. The sock popped right off with a screwdriver and new part snapped right on. Routed the black tubing down thru the section of J channel that was cut out from the TSB install and loosely secured it with a ziptie in a pre made hole towards the bottom of the seat. I did heat the black tube up with a hair dryer and stretched it out some. Was able to secure the J channels back with no problem.
Ran the cooling seats for a few minutes and immediately noticed a difference in cooling on the upper back seat area and could "hear" the increased air flow if you put your ear close to the seat. Could also feel the air on the intake side a lot better as well. Thanks SeatGuru - better get your 3D printer in action on these parts!!

Hey! Saw these; didn't have time to go through the entire thread, so was hoping maybe somebody actually had luck with a dealer fixing their issues without having to put parts on that may void my warranty if discovered.
