Well... Got the TSB done for the cooled seats (TSB 15-0154) since I was having my windshield replaced (cracked from stone chip) and TSB 15-0142 done for the harsh 5-4 downshift.
All I can say is I regret getting it done. There was a lot of comments that this TSB wasn't solving things that well. I haven't checked the cooling (yet), as it's below freezing here now in MN, but my seat heater took a ****...
Heat on level 3 is now barely what it was on level 1 before... Lumbar area doesn't have any heat (stays completely cold). The heat is in the cushion and in the top part of the seat back. It's completely ****ED UP.
WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING TSB 15-0154 DONE TO THEIR F-150.... ***DON'T DO IT***!!!! IT SCREWS UP YOUR HEATED SEATS!!!
EDIT: forgot to mention - my seat cushion is ****ed up - stretched out and wrinkled!!!!
These seats are absolute GARBAGE!!!!!
EDIT #2: looks like I'll be taking it in for TSB 15-0147... wrinkled seat cover. **** me.

my seat looks exactly like that but I'm purposely waiting as long as I can for that TSB so I can make sure my seat looks like a wrinkled old lady then I'll get a new seat cover.

I had the tsb done on the driver's side. In fact, they had to replace the entire leather covering on the back of the seat. Heaters work fine on both sides. Taking it in (second dealer, fifth overall full day) tomorrow to get the passenger side cooler tsb
Not sure how or why the TSB fix would affect the seat bottom at all. The heater might just be unplugged (?).

It works, but the performance is so degraded in terms of heat compared to before the TSB... I'm just speechless. They basically robbed Peter to pay Paul. Not only is the heat less, it's takes 10 times longer to get warm.

I agree With this statement totally. I had the TSB done also and the heated seat now don't work worth a sh*t. Im starting to regret my purchase.

Perhaps at some point an ambitious attorney could figure out that there may be a class here and then initiate a class action lawsuit against Ford.

Wow, it's sad to read that they haven't only NOT fixed the cooling seat issue, but somehow downgraded us to a less functional heater.
I think imma let my dealership hold on to the new TED parts for a little while...
