Talking Coilover Recommendation to Level

Hey everyone. I am shopping for front end coilovers for my 2016 F150 V8 4x4 supercab. Its brand new and I want to upgrade my tires to 33" Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
To do this, I wanted to essentially level my truck. I was looking at coilovers because, from what I have read, are the far better option for your CVs and suspension as opposed to simple spacers.
Anyone have lifespans on any particular brands they have used?
I was looking at the F150 Boss, Fox, and Procomp ProRunner series.

Can anyone attest how much lift these actually give?

Thanks!

Take a look at the Rancho coilovers. There's also a thread on them. They are only around $190 each.
