Our 2006 f150 has always had a rattling in the hood that is only noticed when it's lifted up. It is not a big deal. Is the rattle noticed when the hood is down and locked in place or something?

Check to make sure you have the keys for the boxlink cleats. On my truck I had 4 installed, but had no key. And had another 4 + keys in the box in the back. I assume the dealer installs the cleats, but apparently someone didn't get theirs installed and has a set of keys they have no idea what they go to!

My '14 had the bed misaligned. When they realigned it, the passanger side rear tire stuck out further, driver side was tucked more inside the wheel well. still frustrates me a little.
