Default Checklist for picking up truck from dealer

If someone else started a checklist to use while picking up a new truck, I missed it. With all the excitement, it can be easy to miss some items. I only know what I have read on this forum, feel free to add to the list.

1. Rear Door Alignment
2. Rear Seat Armrest not flush
3. Tailgate Release Damper
4. Park Assist Button Missing
5. Paint and molding imperfections.
6. Un-painted portions of the drivetrain that have rusted
7. Drivers and passenger side roof rain gutter dimpling
8. Front Bumper Panel Popped out of Alignment
9. Check sound system thoroughly

If you have the moonroof, wouldn't be a bad idea to have it run through the carwash and verify no leaks, especially around the stationary section.

* 110 volt outlet
* Front bumper alignment. Some side pictures show uneven gap near front of wheel well.
* Top edge of floor carpet cut poorly.

It would be nice if the TC would create a spreadsheet, preferably with google docs, so when this topic gets big, the viewer can look on the first post and click on it to view the spreadsheet. With the google docs, you can create an online link to it and allow people to update it with burdening the TC to always do it.

Some of the things listed are going to be one of a kind problems and could apply to any part on any truck. They are not by means a common problem to look for. I am referring especially to the missing strut and park assist button.

Someone mentioned their truck arrived with an outdated navigation card (A5). From the posts, the current card is A6.

Is there any way to make this a living list? Where we can update the main list and not just keep adding posts.
