I just bought my 15 2.7 XLT last week and tonight the check engine light came on. Has anyone else had this problem? And do I have to take it to the same dealer I bought it from which is 200 miles away?

Any Ford dealer. Have seen a few 2.7s with issues on here.

Mine came on at 450 miles. Took it to the dealer and they had to order a fuel vapor solenoid. It took about a month to get here. I could still drive the truck though, the fuel vapor solenoid is just an emissions thing. I panicked at first too but turned out to be something relatively simple.
