Default A/C seat settings

I have been told I could set the A/C seats to come on when I remote start. If it's possible, I can't figure out how to do it. I'm sure the same question applies in the winter to the heated seats.

Does anyone have any information regarding this?

My 2013 allows me to do it on the cluster. The options are Auto or Last Setting.

go to your settings menu , you'll find an option for remote start something like that , and you will find it there.

My truck is a 2015 KR.

Didn't feel the need to say I read the manual, which I did and still didn't get it right. This is why I resorted to this forum.

To those who replied with useful input, I thought I checked the box for "last" setting which I assume is what I want. I will look it over again.

I will re-read my manual before resorting to this forum of likeminded F150 enthusiast who like talking about truck issues, problems and questions.

Thanks,

I dont think you want it on Last setting, as if you parked your truck on a cool day and the seats were off, then when you remote start the seats wont come on. If you have it set to auto, then the truck will decide based on the outdoor air temp. Same goes for when it is cold outside, it will turn the heated seats on automatically.

That's money right there. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it.

Over the last 2 weeks my son graduated from college, planned a party at the house for friends and family to celebrate, moving him out, buying the truck a week ago, and working 40+ hours, reading the manual has been a spotty attempt. I'll do better after next week and can spend some quality time with my truck.

Thanks,
Not putting you down, I'm in the same boat. Today's trucks have way too much technology. The days of just grabbing the keys and figuring out are over.
