Hey guys, so I've had the truck since April and I've noticed a few quality issues here and there. That's not to say I don't love the truck, because I do, I love it! And I know it's to be expected to have little things wrong here and there, but let me know if I being too picky... I noticed it today while cleaning my backseat. The middle back seat looks like it slopes down to the left a land is not level with he rest of the backseat. It almost looks like the back of the seat is missing some foam or something. I tried messing around with it but nothing helped.
What do you guys think? And has anyone else experienced this problem??
I see it in a lot of models as I've been shopping. It's more obvious I think in light-colored seats. I don't know why there needs to be such a large gap between the seat bottoms and backs.
Looks sub par to say the least. I would make them fix it. Probably a few shims and it will be "like new". Ford should have a free shim package included with these trucks!
It can be a blessing depending on the situation. Once I notice something like that every time I enter my truck it would be like spotlights shining on it. Those pics forced me to go check my back seat but all is well with mine. I'd definitely have your dealer take a look. You might give your truck a thorough look over just in case you notice something else. I was very careful to look for anything abnormal before signing on the dotted lines and haven't found anything since almost two months of ownership.
