If you can't get away for this event, just calm down, exercise some patience, like an adult, and wait for them to hit the dealerships. Then you can go test drive one ON THE WEEKEND.....

When folks finally get to go on the test drives, see if you can scroll through the dash panel display and check the overall fuel economy numbers. If the display has similar options to my 2013 Mustang, there will be a 'reset-able' instant fuel economy bar graph in the menu.
The consumer reports video in another thread mentioned how the EcoBoost got around the same (slightly better) fuel economy over the 5.0 when it came out in 2011. I hope they have 1 of each engine type at the drive event, the 2.7, 3.5, and 5.0 and can drive them all.

I'm actually most curious about the 2.7.Not that I would get one, but I wonder how it runs. Might surprise a few people
