Anyone buy the wrong truck for them?
Anyone buy the wrong trim level/appearance package/options and now have regrets about it?
Anyone considering trading their 15 for a 16??
I got a SCAB, wish I went with the SCREW... Sport Package, wish It had the chrome package now. Its a Lariat, but I might go KR or Platinum if I were to do it again. Thought about just trading it in but put some money into it now that I wouldn't get back.

I've always said to myself to get the truck I want, or I would be kicking myself for it later. I can afford an XLT at this point, but wanted some stuff not offered in XLT trim, so decided to wait for a Lariat next summer. More time to save, and get exactly what I want. I ended up not buying...

Could have done without the moon-roof due to potential problems, but good so far. Haven't used Park Assist, but saved $60 by getting it. Ford rubber mats are useless because a lot of carpet is still exposed. Biggest regret is I should have not bought it from the dealership I did, and had patience to order one from the dealership I wanted to deal with (who is now my servicing dealership). I learned to not only do your research on your purchase, but who you are purchasing it from.

If i could do it again, I would get everything the same but would like to have the tailgate step and factory spray in bed liner.
OR
If they would have kept the Ranger,.. I'd go with an extended cab, 6ft bed and a 2.7 ecoboost engine.. i would love to have gotten that. These 1/2 ton trucks are getting huge...

I didn't buy the "wrong" truck for me, but I came up short on some options to save some money.
I got the cab, engine, rear end, and color that I wanted, but got an XL instead of and XLT with some more options that I wanted.
I am still very happy with my truck, and I'm much happier with the payments.

There were a few little things I wanted I didn't get, but the money I spend getting them will cost less and give me better results at the end of the day. I didn't get the 502A cause j could have upgraded my stereo with amped door aftermarket door speakers, a sub, and sound processor for around 1800 using pretty good ****. Then the LED headlights from Raptor Retrofit. I know I would've gotten the 3.5 Eco, but I really didn't even need that. So overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
