Anyone Add-A-Leaf to their suspension?
Anyone Add-A-Leaf to their rear suspension? Did it lift your rear? How much? Did it improve the sag during towing? How much? Thanks!

On my 96, I had mounted tool boxes and a ladder rack. I went to the junk yard and bought a complete set of spring from another 150. I experimented until I had a combination that put the truck back to stock level and that had limited sag loaded. I don't remember which leaves I used. On my 13 A bought a complete new set from national spring that have an extra leaf. They are supposed to be like the Ford HD payload springs. Don't know for sure. They do set the truck up acouple inches at the bumper. but they make towing a lot nicer. The truck sets level with the trailer on and rear is very solid and stable. I tow a work trailer, which is hooked up 75% of the time. I like the springs, but if I towed less I mighjt have done the airbags.

My goal is to keep my height but reduce the drop when towing or when the bed is loaded. I just don't see how ford can advertise being able to have the payload and towing capabilities they have when it drops 4" loaded. To me it should be design so that when its maxed out the rear should still be at least level with the front for safety purposes.
