Call me crazy, but I am in love the the silver that ford used to paint the optional 20" wheels in the sport trim.

Don't get me wrong, I love the magnetic paint on my truck, but I'm really wishing you could get the whole damn truck in that rim color.....

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT Crew Cab 4x4 in Magnetic Metallic with the silver 20" 6-Spoke painted aluminum wheels. The truck has the XLT Sport Package, buckets, Voice Nav., 302 A package, with the 5.0 V8.

My question is that I have some scratches on the painted silver rims. Does anyone know the official Ford paint name and Paint Code for these silver rims?

Any help appreciated !!

Visit any paint shop and ask them to match it. They can match it via their computer scan and hopefully be able to tell you the match.

Just go to a dealer or ford parts.com give him/ type in your vin number and look for touch up paint will give you 2 for main color and secondary rims grill etc

Has anyone tried this touch up to confirm a match? Just surprised at the name, since the wheels look more like a charcoal or grey than a "silver."

It's funny you say that, because I find the old FX4 20'' wheels to be much more attractive than our 6 spoke 20''. They look a little more darker.
