That one is quite a bit faster than the other as well.

I'm a software engineer. I'm just guessing here, but I bet that's the beta version of the site (hence the "b" in the url). It probably gets a lot less traffic, but it might contain some bugs.

http://www.cotus.ford.com/ won't even load for me. I'm getting status 500 errors, which is an internal server error. That means that something went wrong on the server's side when loading the page.

Trying to get info on an order I placed almost 3 weeks ago but so far CRICKETS from dealer. Digging into things, discovered that they and evidently many dealers actually outsource orders through a group calledThompsonPerformance Solutions. Evidently THEY not the dealer actually order the vehicle from Ford and so they are a black hole the order drops into until somehow feedback gets back to the actual dealer......and customer.


Does anyone have any input or feedback regarding Thompson and/or just how many dealers use this Inventory Management outsource group for orders!?
