Has anyone with the drivers door sticking out at the top and bottom but flush in the middle been successful in getting it aligned? Without having the door replaced, I would like to know before I take mine to the bodyshop. Mine was adjusted when I purchased the truck and it is much better but is still out a little at the top and I have a little wind noise around 55-60 MPH.

I hope they fix mine next week. Stopped by a few days ago to have them look at the door and loose leather and they tried to adjust the door but needed more time. So, I'm dropping it off for the day next Tuesday. Hope my outcome is as good as yours.

I had the same issue, and while the door has been adjusted to be somewhat flush on top and bottom, the middle of the door now sits in by about a quarter inch. So far Ford customer service states that the engineers state it is a characteristic of engineering. I'm still haggling with them because that is a bent door, not a characteristic. Dealer states wind noise eliminated, when it is not. In addition to that door, I've discovered that the rear for at the bottom sticks out also. So, I have not had mine replaced, but have not been happy with customer services response so far. Still a work in progress though.

Thanks for reaching out, F150White. I'll get a case started and escalated to the regional customer service manager for further assistance. Please send a private message my way with your full name, VIN, current mileage, servicing dealership, and best daytime contact number.

Thanks for the update, Hackker. I'm updating your case right now, and see that the CSM was last in contact on 3/23; did you receive their voicemail? Please let me know. They have a follow-up call scheduled to be made by end of business tomorrow.

I'm updating your case as well, derksmr, and see that they have a follow-up call scheduled for Monday, 3/30. Would you like that call expedited? Please let me know; I'll put in the request right away!

Yep, received a voicemail saying they would try calling me tomorrow. The dealer also fixed another issue I had. When I picked up the truck, there were 4 boxlink cleats installed. When i got home, I realized there was a box with 4 more + keys in the back of the truck. And no key anywhere for the 4 that were already installed. So, the dealer unbolted the mounting plates and was able to remove the ones w/o keys and install the others.

It sounds like your dealer is taking great care of this, Hackker. Please let me know if you have any questions or updates moving forward; I'll keep your case fresh for the CSM to review.

I have spoke with customer service (Frank), and initially the result was not satisfactory. We have spoke again, today, and the result was better. That was the conversation..., the result of my issue is still yet to be resolved.

This may be true by why would this be acceptable at ANY trim level?

I guess if you don't set your sights too high, you just might get what you expect, and of course be happy with it.
