Default Adjusting 360 Cameras - Info - How to

So I replaced my tow mirros with the standard mirrors. My 360 camera view is a little messed up now. Looking at the screen the parking spot lines are crooked even tho the truck is straight within the spot. Has anyone adjusted these cameras. I assume that I'll have to loosen them up, align and retighten. Just wondering if anyone has done this or is there another way. Thanks.

Just a side note. I dropped the truck off at the dealership today at 8:30 a.m. . Advise them that I'm having issues with a driver side Park Assist sensor being loose, 360 camera not working correctly lines are crooked on video, sunroof rattling (knock) from the faulty track, and the hot seat backs. I get a call from the dealership at 4 p.m. today. Askimg me to pick up my truck, we didn't do s***. Come back, schedule an appointment. Will look at it again. What was the purpose of the first appointment. They tell me my seat back is working fine although they must not of touched them or used them because they're not, they're hot. They didn't even bother to fix the loose Park Assist sensor because they didn't want to take apart the fender and have my truck all day when in reality they already had it all day. Then they go to tell me that the loose sensor, Park Assist sensor, is the reason why my 360 camera is not lined up properly. There's one thing I hate is being lied to. Even more is being called stupid, basically to your face. We all know that a park assit sensor would not make the lines on your screen crooked.

Pretty sure I'd be taking my truck do a different service department after that.

I am having the same problem, swapped standard mirrors for tow mirrors. Here are two pics. Has anyone else run into this? I'm sort of lost right now between having the mirrors I want and a camera that works :-(

Did either of you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue.

Mirrors with 360 camera system need to brought to dealership. What they do is place QR placards around the vehicle. The vehicle will run a system check once it sees the QR codes and will adjust the cameras by itself.

Wow I guess I got lucky on mine. Swapped from factory tow mirrors to the small ones and it was plug and play, cameras worked exactly as before. I wonder if it has to do with getting the right mirror? Mine had BLIS, 360 camera, spotlights and power fold-extend so I bought the exact same small ones. Good luck with yours.

Let me know if you have luck at your dealer fixing this. I'm waiting on my first oil change to have them fix mine since the dealer is 30 minutes away. I'm down to about 15% oil life, so getting close.

Just picked it up. They used the large pattern mats. Now back aligned correctly. Under warranty repair ;-)

so I took mine to a dealer that hasn’t done it b4 I’ve brought it in twice now and nothing.... found another dealer I’m going to just pay for it to get done bc they’ve done it before. First time they said there’s no codes so they don’t know what to do then said they reset it 2-3 times and still nothing so they think my cameras are bad now... I don’t they are are doing the alignment right...
