If you put a nav card in nav won't work because you don't have the nav head unit. You can use the SD card slot for a normal SD card with music, pic, etc. though. Trust me it isn't worth adding the factory nav. I've been down that road

The word "information" in in the top left corner. I pushed it and it lists a bunch of different options I can sign up for. There is one entitled navigation. Maybe I can.

Upon further investigation, it looks like a service I can sign up for.

Everyone provided great information! You can purchase a media SD card and use it in the system for music or pictures (adding wallpaper). Built-in navigation is not available as an aftermarket installation, but you can use SYNC Services. That's what you see when INFORMATION is selected. It is a subscription that puts 411 Business Search, turn-by-turn directions, news, traffic, weather, sports, and more within reach of your voice. Most vehicles are eligible for a limited complimentary subscription. PM your VIN if you want to use the service; I can check your options.

Yeah, sync destinations is a app based service vs. True nav.!

Out of all the f150s in my area only one matched everything I wanted. However, it didn't have nav. I've had nav in my other ones including my 2015 GT. I don't ever use it, I always use my phone for some reason. But seeing that sd slot had me curious. Thanks for all the input guys.

I like the fact that my Garmin suction cups too the top right of the 8" MFT screen.
