It's on the sticker, sorry about your issue, but thanks for sharing with us. Looking forward to hearing how your dealer fixes this problem. Another item for me to check when I pick up my truck. The list is getting longer and longer. Park Asst Button, rear arm rest, door alignment, tailgate release, moonroof leaking, etc

This is starting to get ridiculous. You may as well check each and every bolt and screw with an attitude like this. Most of these issues are unique to one truck and only one truck.

The world is an imperfect place. Screws fall out. They just started building this all new truck just months ago. If the expectations some of you have were applied equally to you at your job, I'm willing to bet most of you wouldn't last long. You can't blame the dealer for not scavenging parts from another truck to fix what I would consider to be a very minor issue, either.

Cars are made in assembly lines where each people has a responsibility. When things are missed that person didn't do their job perfectly.
I don't care if they just started making the car or it's two years down the road. It should be perfect. I'm not saying things won't break - that's different. But when things are obv wrong from the start that's not acceptable.
That being said it wasn't the dealer's fault so I wouldn't expect them to take apart another car either. Unless Ford gives them incentive to do so.

Many moons ago our family ordered a vehicle with power windows (back when that was a big thing). As we drove away, I asked my mother where the switch was... They were crank windows. She drove back, they verified it was on the sticker, and the sale was undone. Unfortunately, while the Pontiac dealer fiddled, Cadillac made a sale.
I believe that it will be as simple as installing the switch and plugging it in, worse case updating the system that it's installed.
