Default 70 mph vibration with 22 inch wheels

I have a new 2015 f150 platinum, i have now had 3 sets of 22 inch Fuel wheels, 1 set of dub ballers and 5 sets of tires including perrelli zero and now Nito grappler g2. discount tire has road force balanced as well. every set of tires and wheels have a rear end vibration that starts at 60mph, at its worst at 75 mph. the passenger seat shakes badly. the dealer automatically puts the stock 20 inch wheels on and says the vibration stops. after 5 different sets of the best tires and wheels money can buy. this cannot be a tire balance problem. Has anyone else placed 22 inch wheels on a new 2015 F150?

Did the stock tires and wheels have vibration?

Then I think it's the wheels/tires you're putting on it. 20"/22" doesn't have anything to do with it.

a lot of after market wheels will do this because they aren't hub centric. the center of the wheel is bored out bigger to accommodate different vehicles, so the only thing centering up the wheels are the lugs (lug centric). if the wheel is off center by even a mm or two, there will be a vibration at higher speeds.

i had to buy hub centric spacers for my after market wheels on my dodge. then, when you mount your wheels, make sure to torque them in a star pattern to the exact torque spec. this helped me a lot to minimize the vibration.

Exactly, that's part of the problem with aftermarket wheels, factory wheels put weight on the hub and the lug nuts just hold it on, aftermarket put the weight on the studs. It's never going to be as good of fit but hand torque in order will get it as close as possible

you mount have the shop balance wheels first before tires are mounted and then balance again with tires on.
