Thing with my XL is I had to have a short bed, regular cab, V8, 4X4. I added all the chrome I wanted (including ($300 + 1 hour easy labor) for the grille). My truck is one of a kind just the way I want it. Bottom line I bought the less expensive XL and upgraded all I wanted for +/- $3000.
