I have no idea whats going on anymore. I got a VIN number on September 17th and since last Friday the cotus website can no longer locate my build. It had been stuck at step 1 the whole time anyway.....
Thing is, I agreed on a truck like August 28th....I feel like my salesman forgot about me.

Cotus hasnt shown me anything at all, and I've had a VIN for a few weeks. After all, it is a client end system, so it's not going to show detailed order info to the public.

If you got a VIN, it isn't your salesman's fault. Just contact the FordService rep on these forums with your VIN and they should be able to help you out.

I'm not sure if this guy still does it, but if you want the latest info on your truck, there is a guy with a handle of SETCHAN on the f150online forum who could do factory level tracking that's better than COTUS.
Edit: He's retired from doing the tracking now and recommends to just PM FordService.

Do not use wwwqa.cotus.ford.com anymore as it will not find my vehicle

The truck is still listed as in order processing. But my count down to delivery is now at 13 days. Shouldn't it have been built by now if they expect to deliver it so soon?

Please feel free to shoot me a PM with your order number and dealer code or your VIN; I'll be happy to take a peek on this end of things too.
