$640 annual $500 ded $500K/$500K/$500K Comprehensive/Uninsured/Underinsured limits. 2015 XLT 5.0 Sport S-Cab 4X4 MSRP $45,720 Auto-Owners Ins

Watch/Check your uninsured and underinsured limits for what your priced for! A whole lot of folks "rolling dirty" these days w/o insurance or bare minimum. Watched an older lady at work end up bankrupt from getting hit by a minimum insured driver (50K), that totaled her car and injured her neck. $50K was gone with ambulance, ER, and initial hospital stay. Surgeries were on her!

From a 2004 Nissan Titan to a 2015 F150 Screw, my insurance also dropped. Shocked the hell out of me, but I'm also one that has house and wife's car insured through them. Farmers.

As posted many times, most so no increase to speak of, or in fact a decrease. In large part that was due to an unknown loss history by the insurance companies, and some then saw later increases of a small amount. So, in short, your increase has nothing to do with your vehicle (based on others on the site), and everything to do with your insurance company. Get some quotes from companies like USAA (if you qualify), AMICA, Erie Insurance - which are the top 3 in the country.

Also, comparison of rates is useless as it's based on way too many factors to take into account - number of vehicles insured, other drivers you have, yourself, your insurance credit score, where you live, whether it's garaged or not, the coverage you pick, ....

Thank you all for your reply. I think Liberty has some flawed system i believe. where the VIN number was not able to enter online, you will need to call in to get it updated. For me, all the other conditions remains the same, so there is no reason why it would jump so high. i will get a few more quotes. thanks!

My insurance company actually gave me a bit of a hassle when I added the F150:

Me: I'd like to add a new vehicle to the policy. It's ....
Them: We notice you already have three vehicles on your policy, and that you are the only driver. Is that correct?
Me: Yes, I am the only driver.
Them: Well, are you sure that there are no other drivers? Are these all pleasure vehicles?
Me: Yes, I'm sure.
Them:.....
Me: Yes I'm sure. If this is an issue, I'd be happy to take the 4 vehicles on this policy, the RV on another policy, the house policy and the umbrella policy to another carrier. Should I pursue this?

My insurance went up $54 a year from my 2013 STX 4x4 to my 2015 Screw FX4, both with $500 deductible. Now paying $867/ yr for this and my 10 Edge- both full coverage.
