Default 2016 Ford F150 Insurance hike

update, shopped around and geico quoted me with reasonable price. now it's about 650 per year with the same coverage as liberty mutual. especially the collision deductable went down dramatically. thank for ur all reply!
-------------------
just got my insurance quote for my new 2016 F150 XLT, total MSRP 47K. But the insurance premium increased 120% over my traded in 2014 Jeep wrangler. and the break down of the prices shows that the 500 collision deductible premium is actually $850 per year!! 10 times higher than the jeep. Is this normal? for 2015 & 2016 owners? I am with Liberty mutual & live in bay area.
I had no insurance claim for the past 6 years.

I traded a 2014 XLT (sticker of $43,000) in on my 2016 Lariat (sticker of $55,000). With $500 collision deductible and $250 comprehensive deductible and I saw less than a 4% annual increase in my premium. This is with Erie insurance

Damn you I'm paying $82/mo for my F150 and $84/mo for y Mustang GT comprehensive.

How do you get insurance for $6-800/yr?

I'm 850.00 a year for my 2015 F150 XL 40,000.00 truck
That was a 20.00 dollar a year increase over my 2005 F350 truck I traded in on it.
State farm
but I also have my house and 4 other cars with them and there all full coverage 500 deduct.
Might help that I'm 50 and no accidents in the last (knock on wood) 20 years.

My insurance was $7 less a year than my 2013 Ram. MSRP on the Ram was $53,000 (Canadian) and my F150 was $67,000 (Canadian). I was surprised it was basically the same
