According to Al Piemonte Ford's (Melrose Park, Illinois) inventory, they are showing three 2015 F150s in stock. I hope to get there on Saturday to take a look

Did you phone them? Seems like dealers report in stock even when the units are being transported. Would be cool if they start landing at dealers.

If you look on my dealers website they show five 2015 F150's including mine. None of those vehicles are at the dealership right now in fact the dealer didn't even know the 2015's were showing on their website.
Better listen to Hot Diggity Dog and call them before you make the trip to that dealer.
By the way one 2015 F150 is being delivered tomorrow in Texas to a football coach, but that will be the first 2015 sold and delivered.

I always thought #1 Ford Vehicles were going to the Ford Museum?

Its the first customer truck, could be serial #1234, etc.

#00001 serial number is always sold for charity.
