Default 2015 Platinum - 22x12 American Force's

I just got my platinum on Friday (so pleased with this truck) and want to do a subtle lift / wheel & tire set up to start.

I'm doing 22x12 -40 offset American Force Blade SS8's and haven't decided on what tires.

I'm leaning towards a 2.5-3" level with 33x12.5x22's OR

6" BDS with coilovers and 35x12.5x22.

Can anyone confirm if a 22x12 -40 offset and 33x12.5x22's will NOT rub with just a 2.5" to 3" level?

I want to order everything asap but want to make sure of a few things before I go ahead.

Thanks for the help.

My guess is you'll rub insanely bad with Just the level

You will be fine. Lots of older trucks doing the same thing. I'm gonna do a 2.5 with 20x12 -44 on 33x12.50 Toyos
Here's a pic of just one truck I have seen. It's not a 15 but still

Fine as in an enormous amount of trimming including metal? I had to trim metal for 20x10 -12s

I've seen quite a few 11-14's with just a level and 22x12's with 33's but never able to find out if they had to trim anything or if they rubbed.

mikeyfitz had 20x12s on his 2013 and had to literally put spacers in-between the bumper and frame. also lots o metal cut.

Those wheels look really bad sticking that far out.

Just my opinion of course.

But they look really bad.

More metal will need to be cut or removed including the metal bars in the wheel well on a 2015 with a 20x9 et-44 and 13.5" tire for sure

I cut pinch weld pretty decently high up and I had to put spacers on my front bumper mount to push it forward a bit.

So how is it possible to get 22x12 -40 with 35x12.5x22 on a 6" lift and no rubbing? I've seen a few 2015 F-150's like this now and they claim no rubbing.

I would assume that a 3" or 4.5" lift at most with the 22x12 and 33's would work....?
