I'm using the ford site and don't see it on any model.

I used the link you provided. It's weird how they did it, but in a Platinum Expedition, once you get to interior, your only color option at the beginning will be Ebony. That's for the plastics, dash, etc. Scroll to the right through the interior options and seating surfaces show up, of which Brunello is an option. Here's a screen shot:
