2015 King Ranch Interior Color

I just went to the dealer today to see a 2015 250 King Ranch. There is only one King Ranch color and it's listed as Java, but it's actually considered Mesa. Both Java and Mesa are the same color just different names. I saw the Mesa Leather and it looks like a dark chocolate with a hint of copper. Personally I really liked the interior and the leather quality looks First Class.

By the way if you pick up a 2015 Ford 250 Super Duty Catalog it shows
Antiqued Mesa Brown Leather as the exact term for the leather seats in both the 150 and 250 King Ranch.

I've seen the Mesa color in the 2015 Super Duty...I didn't care for it, and I was a big KR fan up until now. Your assumptions on it being a dark chocolate brown are correct. It's a very dark brown, almost black in some lower light situations. I actually really like the Brunello Platinum color, and depending on leather quality in the Lariat, that might sway me to a Platinum.

Not yet, but I am actually going to try tomorrow. I'm planning on ordering a Platinum in that as well, so I just want to confirm the color. It looks gorgeous.

Here is the 2015 King Ranch Mesa/Java Interior. So far as I know this is the only available color. The dash is dark and there is no option for a tan colored dash.

And because I can't remember if we ever answered this...Mesa is the leather color. Java is the surrounding materials (dash pad, etc). I discussed this with the dealer today. The 2 colors are not synonymous, but they are both exclusive to the KR. A 2015 Super Duty would have black or adobe plastics, whereas a F150 would have Java. Both are Mesa leather. Below is a pic...the dash, glove box, and console are Java.
Also, the 2015 Super Duty Platinum does not have the Brunello option. The Expedition will, however.

Bumping this because I have to eat my words. Spent some time in the dealer today to discuss timing for my order, and decided to take another look at a '15 KR Super Duty. This time, I had the truck in the sun so I could really see the leather. Well...I'm ordering a KR, haha. I really liked the leather the more I saw it and felt it. And the other half hated the Platinum Brunello in pictures and loved the KR in person, so that pretty much ended it.
