I just went to the dealer today to see a 2015 250 King Ranch. There is only one King Ranch color and it's listed as Java, but it's actually considered Mesa. Both Java and Mesa are the same color just different names. I saw the Mesa Leather and it looks like a dark chocolate with a hint of copper. Personally I really liked the interior and the leather quality looks First Class.

By the way if you pick up a 2015 Ford 250 Super Duty Catalog it shows
Antiqued Mesa Brown Leather as the exact term for the leather seats in both the 150 and 250 King Ranch.

I actually really like the Brunello Platinum color, and depending on leather quality in the Lariat, that might sway me to a Platinum.
Have you seen a 15 super duty with a Brunello interior? I ordered a platinum with that color and would like to see it in person....looked very nice from all the pictures I've seen online, but as mentioned before, hard to truly tell.

Not yet, but I am actually going to try tomorrow. I'm planning on ordering a Platinum in that as well, so I just want to confirm the color. It looks gorgeous.

on the 2015 Super Duty as well as the older models, and the 2013-2014 F150, you could get a King Ranch with either tan (Adobe) or black interior. so, regardless, you'll get the Mesa leather surfaces but the dash, carpet, and console will be either black or tan depending on which you order. and it wasn't tied to any other option, so for example you didn't have to order package z in order to get the tan.

here's an Adobe interior F-250 King Ranch with Mesa

and here's a black interior F-250 King Ranch with Mesa.

Here is the 2015 King Ranch Mesa/Java Interior. So far as I know this is the only available color. The dash is dark and there is no option for a tan colored dash.

Bumping this because I have to eat my words. Spent some time in the dealer today to discuss timing for my order, and decided to take another look at a '15 KR Super Duty. This time, I had the truck in the sun so I could really see the leather. Well...I'm ordering a KR, haha. I really liked the leather the more I saw it and felt it. And the other half hated the Platinum Brunello in pictures and loved the KR in person, so that pretty much ended it.

And because I can't remember if we ever answered this...Mesa is the leather color. Java is the surrounding materials (dash pad, etc). I discussed this with the dealer today. The 2 colors are not synonymous, but they are both exclusive to the KR. A 2015 Super Duty would have black or adobe plastics, whereas a F150 would have Java. Both are Mesa leather. Below is a pic...the dash, glove box, and console are Java.

Also, the 2015 Super Duty Platinum does not have the Brunello option. The Expedition will, however.

Mesa interior looks great on KR's. Totally understand the apprehension on Brunello...I wish there was more info on it, but there's not a lot out there. I'm in the same boat. You can try to build a 2015 Expedition on the site, but looks like there's been a change. Brunello is not an option on any trim. Closest is what they're calling Pecan, and it's not even close. Below is the best image I've seen as well as the cheesy video of Brunello.

while I do still like the outgoing KR interiors, it's nice that they actually tied the seats into the rest of the new interior. the Java looks great and it all flows. the older ones were just King Ranch seats stuck into an otherwise Lariat interior. I thought it complimented the Adobe well but it didn't go well with the black.
