That's about what the service history on my 2012 F150 looked like, sans the 1 rear shock.

Judging the reliability of a vehicle on an internet forum is a little silly. You can go to the Tundra forum and see people complaining about issues as well. That doesn't mean there are widespread problems. More people post about issues versus people posting how much they love their truck. I'm extremely happy with my 2015 F-150. No regrets purchasing the truck whatsoever.

The Robots don't like building trucks on Fridays.
I'll sell you my no-problem truck as soon as the 2017 Raptors come out!

My 2014 is running perfectly, getting great gas mileage, drives nice, rides smooth, and sounds great. The only thing wrong with it is I haven't finished the Zaino treatment on it. Unlike the 2012 I had, this EB is running really good, no shudder, no stumbles.

Obviously from what I have seen a lot of you guys aren't professional mechanics. I'm a heavy equipment mechanic an I drive a 2014 stx lucky I haven't had any major problems but I know from experience unfortunate things happen. I have unloaded brand new equipment from.trucks that automatically need 10 or 20 grand worth of warranty work just to sell it. But it happens even though its very rare it does and almost every dealer is gonna get right on it and.do it RIGHT AND DOING IT RIGHT TAKES TIME

It broke and won't go!
I concur.

When someone INVESTS $50,000+ and in that short of a lifespan it breaks down, it's a POS. People that refuse to acknowledge this are more then likely unable to see past their bias of their similar purchase.

This is why I didn't buy a 6.0L SuperDuty F250,
This is why I didn't buy a 2011 F150 EcoBoost
This is why I didn't buy a 2015 F150 anything.....

Because new model designs have complications and need investors to be the guinea pigs to accept their SNAFU's and work through them the 1st and 2nd years. Not me!!!!!

Still beating that drum huh? Ford makes a good product.
I have seen kids beat there truck, brake something and call it junk. Did he break all his toys too?
That isn't a Ford issue, it is operator error.
Millions of vehicles produced and this guy has a problem and now the whole brand is junk?

This thread needs to be put to bed.

While I certainly understand feeling that way a breakdown can happen on any make, any model at any mileage. If the vehicle continues to have problems then I might agree that it's a POS. But not thinking a vehicle is a POS because it had a problem once isn't not being able to see past a bias of a similar purchase it's using a little bit of common sense and reasoning. When my house was built there were a couple of issues with it very early on that got corrected, and it cost well over 50k, but it certainly wasn't a POS.
