Thumbs down

Wow the crying and sniveling is still going on? One guy loses a transmission, probably because someone on the line left out a snap ring, which can happen on ANY brand, and suddenly the entire line of 2015 F150 are POS?

My 2014 ECOBOOST runs Perfectly, Tows great, gets 20 MPG and is probably the best driving truck I have ever been in.

Haters go away please and go snivel elsewhere.

^^^^ Well that and I guess all EB motors/drive trains are garbage as well? I have to say that reading this thread makes me a little nervous but mostly because my 2.7L is so new and there has not been enough time to know what they are really going to be like.
One thing I know is that it's a hoot to drive........

I bet the 2.7 will be the most reliable engine and the best overall engine for this truck. My first choice.

I will say the reception of the 2.7 has been overwhelmingly positive from what I have seen this far. It is still too early to tell, but so far so good. I am surprised they don't offer the 2.7 on the higher end models. Is the electronics + stop/start too much for the electrical system to handle?

Default I agree

I think the problem is that most people think THEY ARE THE ONLY PERSON ON EARTH! Quit your sniveling and crying.

I just thought i would add one more thing to this post.
An engineer friend of mine tells me the 2.7 eco out pulls the dodge ecodiesel. He tells me the 2.7 is a great set up.
He doesn't think the F150 is a POS.
I almost wonder if these cry babies are dodge/Toyota/Chevy propaganda troll's?

Yep, it is me the Drama Queen, Who whines about his truck, I am the original poster and can"t believe people are still posting such immature, non productive posts. I didn't call anyone's mom or girlfriend a POS, I was simply expressing my feelings about how I felt after having my brand new leave me stranded. I can't believe People on here are so brand loyal they can't understand why I was pissed. After 43 pages of kindergarten posts it is time to put this issue to bed.

It's not that we don't understand you were pissed, who wouldn't be. Yes I am a ford man. Have owned ford trucks since 1982. The pieces of scat were back in the eighties. I have a new 2.7 with 1250 miles on it. If it takes a crap I will post immediatley to let you know but I won't be whining about it. Stuff happens, you think you were pissed , what about the people in that new NASA rocket that exploded in the air, they and their families had a real reason to cry. Stranded on the road for a day NOT SO MUCH!! Grow up
