I love that the bed rail caps aren't that awful looking tan anymore but actually black.

Personally, I really like the King Ranch and saddle brown leather. It's very American and the problem is that my wife is from Europe and would give me such grief over the KR, that I'd be either angry, demoralized, or otherwise agitated. To her, it looks like an old man's recliner and as much as it's my call at the end of the day; I'm equally inclined to go with the Platinum or FX4 ... all three are nice.

There was a time in my life when I must have been like your European wife. All I drove was Volvo's/VW's or Japanese cars.
Those days are over and to me there is nothing nicer than a truck made by Ford. I get dirty looks from the tree huggers/Prius drivers and I have some friends that call me a "redneck" for driving a pickup truck and I don't give a crap what they think.
This is probably the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. It's also the most quietest and fun to drive vehicle I've had. I love to see the grin on my 15 year old son's face when we smoke the rear wheels from a traffic light. I feel good about driving something made in America and made with parts manufactured by some companies here in Canada as well.
I don't tow anything, I don't carry anything in the 6.5 foot bed. The only thing this truck has ever carried was my briefcase. Why do I drive a truck? Because I feel like it.
The funny thing is, those friends of mine who call me a redneck are the same ones who quickly say - "oh, it's great you have a truck so I can call you if I need to move something"........lol

I love the 2015s and can't until they hit the streets. The big three automakers are making the most amazing trucks they ever have, and I think these are exciting times. Just when I think engineering has peaked, they come up with innovative features that further my amazement. And again, I believe Ford leads the pack.
But the good news is that the leap forward in trucks, by RAM most notably, has forced Ford to go big. Good stuff for us truck fans.
Its amusing to me though, that the Japs are probably stunned by the quantum leap forward of the big 3's truck line....Japs are being left in the dust. They just don't have enough market share too keep up the with the rapid development. Good,, I hope they choke on their trucks.

I did some research and I dont think it'll be too difficult, i'm a costco member i logged into their site and they showed me how much i would pay for a "2014" model, they bascially take 5k off MSRP, then there is a 1k costco member rebate, 1k ford finance rebate, thats 7k already. Just have to wiggle a little more maybe hope for a little customer cash and if i'm lucky a trade in rebate. i'll be right in the 8-9k range
