So, I went down the plasti-dip way the first go at things and it looks great, but I bought new emblems on ebay and I want to paint them and use them instead.

What type of paint should I use for my side emblems and rear F150 emblem?

Has anyone successfully removed their emblems, (ecoboost, rear f150, side f150 emblems) The front and rear FORD emblems, I plan on buying painted ones on EBAY so i will need to remove them as well.

I'm looking for guidelines and best practices for doing this along with the paint to use on the emblems i'm buying from ebay.

Any advice would be great.

I'm also interested in the painted black ford emblems on eBay. Any idea on how difficult it is to replace those yourself? Or would I be better off letting dealer do the work? Anyone done it themselves?
