2014 lift fit on a 2015?

2014 lift fit on a 2015?
Hey everyone, despite my search efforts, I cannot find what I am looking for. I have a friend who has a 4" lift kit, tires, and wheels from a 2014 f150 that he is willing to sell very cheap, will this lift kit fit on a 2015 f150? I do not know any brands or specifics!

I know some of the spacer kits are compatible between 2014 and 2015 because they use the same front end shock set up. Previous to that there were different shocks on the front.
But for something like a 4" lift I would guess no. The frames are different. Wheels and tires should be gtg though if you buy a lift for your truck
