Hey guys, am looking at some running boards on craigslist, that came off a 2013 F150, will these line up and fit on a 2015?

Following, I asked a very similar question a week or two ago. Someone provided a picture with a measuring tape showing the bolt pattern for the running boards, but I'm not sure that the distance between the mounting locations on the frame would be the same.

As shown on my (sig) truck, prior series boards mount to underbody vs frame, with 4 bolts retained by u-clips at 2 locations - fore and aft. A 3rd set of holes on center (upper set covered with clear sealing film) are unused on OEM boards but perhaps incorporated by aftermarket products. It seems highly unlikely that FoMoCo would locate these holes in exactly same locations for the retooled aluminum body, unless determined to carry forward existing styles of boards offered as part of trim levels up through model year 2014. Mine is FX4 trim but I replaced standard FX4 boards with OEM Raptor takeoffs. I could take measurements but unlikely same as yours plus mine is (shorter) S-Cab body in any case. Hope this helps...

09/14 boards will not fit the 2015s.

Bringing this back. I realize the brackets may not fit. But with brackets for the 2016, and running boards from a 2013. Do you think the brackets would line up with the boards?

btw, I preferred the tubular style nerf bars / steps / running boards from the 2013 also, but the 15+ are far less slippery stepping on when in wet, muddy, or ice conditions.
